It's all about the effort to get the first 5 people in your organization that matters most. Since each organization has 5 available slots on the 1st generation and 7 generations deep, your potential organization is the sum of the powers of 5 from 1 to 7 like 5 + 25 + 125 dot, dot, dot or a total of 97,655 people.
All those slots will be filled if you enroll your 5 people and each of them repeat the process six more times - we have a contest for that too.
There are no guarantees everyone will join, so if only 3 of your first 5 contacts join, get to work to fill the other 2 openings and help others in your organization do the same.
