Supporting Public Schools in America
| Public schools need our help, right? We can see the effect of budget cuts - fewer teachers, no buses for after school activities, old playground equipment, but what can we do to help? Read Write Donate, LLC is changing its direction on philanthropy and will be focused on local public schools across America.

Literacy has been a great pursuit and we are very proud to have helped those in need. In our effort to help as many people as possible, we have decided that becoming more grass-roots in our approach to supporting our children is more in line with the ultimate goal; making real, tangible contributions that will positively impact children, families and society. We, the Board of Directors, will personally support our local school system - Go Colorado Springs! You, as a member, will get to vote every month as to where the contributions from ReadWriteDonate.com will be sent. No school will receive less than $500 and checks will be made out to the PTA, PTO or other body within the school able to make a direct impact on helping as many children as possible within that school. Voting is another member privilege, so join today; with your help, it looks like the 1st checks will mail out to schools in March 2011.
